4. Are you wiling to follow specific parenting styles or routines?

Yes, I always ask parents about their parenting style and what they feel comfortable with me doing. I strive to respect and follow their preferences to ensure consistency for the child.

1. What are your typical working hours?

I typically work from 9 AM to 4 or 5 PM, but I'm open to discussing other schedules if needed. I try to be flexible to accommodate families.

I am available for evening care. For weekends and overnight care, it depends on the day and how far in advance I am notified.

3. Can you provide backup care on short notice?

It depends on my availability at the time, but I will do my best to help if I can.

4. How much notice do you need for schedule changes?

I prefer to have a set schedule for the week, and if there are any changes, I appreciate at least a day's notice. However, I understand that last-minute changes happen, and I'm flexible and willing to help when possible.

For example, instead of asking, "Can you go upstairs?", I might say, "Do you want to hop like a rabbit or walk like a fancy prince/princess up the stairs?" This way, the child feels involved and motivated in a playful way.

5. How do you manage screen time?

I always respect the parents limits and preferences regarding screen time. In general, I prefer to keep it limited, perhaps once or twice a week as a special treat, like a movie night.
